Academy of Improvisation (AOI) is a NSW state government registered COVID Safe business, and we operate in accordance with government regulations for protecting our staff and students.
We take the safety of our students and staff extremely seriously. We were the first improv school in Australia to move online when COVID-19 first hit, we had the strictest COVID-19 safety plan upon return to face to face classes, and we were the final improv school to remove COVID-19 vaccination requirements for all students — at the start of 2025.
We still recommend that all students be vaccinated against COVID-19, and they must not attend class if they test positive to COVID-19 or have COVID-19-like symptoms.
All of our teachers and staff are at least triple vaccinated (double dosed plus booster), and most have had every booster that’s been available.
