Sydney improv group Improctopus! are bringing their sold out Sydney Fringe comedy show to Newcastle Fringe 2025, with accessible pricing of only $20 per ticket.

Six improvisors create a brand new comedy play every night, guided by the audience.

Produced by improv school Academy of Improvisation (AOI).
Two shows only, at Souths Merewether: Friday 28 March & Sunday 30 March 2025.

Each show creates a new comedy play. At the start of the show the cast leads the audience through creating characters for each actor, who then immediately go ahead and create a comedy play from scratch, in the moment.

The show was devised by the cast and director Richard Bennett, as part of Sydney Fringe 2024 where they sold out their shows. They’ve chosen to play their final two encore shows at Newcastle Fringe 2025.
